Visa Arrangement
Have a Visa Problem? We can help you to arrange your Indonesia entry Visa in two ways, visa receiving from Indonesian Embassy abroad or by your arrival in Indonesia.

1. Visa On Arrival
You don't have to do anything except bring along the approval letter (sent by us). Upon your arrival at the airport, our staff will go to meet and assist you with filling out the visa form at immigration. 2. Visa Approval Letter
This service includes the Visa Approval Letter from Indonesian Immigration Department only. You have to apply for visa stamp by yourself at Indonesia Embassy/Consulate in your country.

General Procedure for Indonesia Visa Application Visa on Arrival General Procedure Passport must be from one of the countries listed above. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia. Onward or return tickets are compulsory. Visa Approval Letter General Procedure Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia) One completed visa application form. One colored passport size photograph. Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover the cost of applicant's intended stay in Indonesia (Bank Statement dated less than a month with a minimum balance of £1,000.- or traveler's cheque). Evidence of obligation in the applicant's country of permanent residence (e.g. a letter from employer/ college/ school, certifying the applicant's intention to return after the visit to Indonesia). Written approval from the Immigration Office in Indonesia should the duration of visit is to exceed 60 days.
